i. Shipping
Shipping charges depend on the weight, value, size, and destination of your package. We normally ship each order using the most economic service for the customer.
Once we ship your merchandise, we will submit the tracking no. to you by email. We normally use FedEx, UPS and DHL as our trusted courier partner. The delivery time will take 2 – 7 working days to reach your destination.
Please be sure to inform us if you require faster shipping service, we will ship as International Priority Service from Fedex. Also, all packages are shipped with required signature, all return shipment fees are at customer cost.

ii. Insurance
We are responsible for the handling of your shipment until it leaves our facility. You are recommended to buy additional insurance coverage for protection against loss, breakage, and theft. The cost of insurance depends on the invoice value amount, the minimum of insurance is $20.
At a time of delivery, you need to check the parcel for any loss and damage on the delivery. As the recipient, you must identify damage or loss causing from delivery. It is required to take a photo as a evidence and report to the delivery courier at a time of delivery. Notice must be submitted to us to proceed the claim.
iii. Import Duties & Taxes
Please check with your local government and customs office about duties and taxes which may apply on the imported shipment. All extra fees are not included in the invoice amount, it is recipient’s responsibility to pay for their customs inspection. Please contact your local customs in advance before placing our product in order to avoid the delay causing from clearance process.
iv. Privacy Policies
